Sometimes you see something that raises so many questions it’s hard to form them all in your mind. We saw this on on the drive-up ATM at our bank. For your further assistance, the message is also offered in Braille.

I had a whole list of questions here, but I think I can sum it up with just this one:
- If you require Braille, how did you manage to drive your car here?

Does make you wonder, huh?
It’s probably an ADA requirement. Some of the stuff that law does is unbelievable.

It one of those “I know this has done a lot of good BUT…” things. No common sense when it comes to government.

How could a visually-impaired person read the sign to know that help is available for the visually-impaired?
Who the heck thought **this** was a good idea?
Hmmm…..
Yes, this was one of the other questions. I had a whole list originally, then thought, “no, I just can’t get past the whole driving blind part…”

Hi Coryanne, so glad you’re on board! My in-laws lived in London for three years and LOVED it, every minute of it. I hope your experience has been as good.
Wendy´s last blog …So Many Questions
I posted the same question on my blog a while back. Someone offered me the opinion that it can be for the legally blind, and also the ATM can be for someone walking up, although they claim it is not for walking up. OR because all the machines are manufactured the same so the drive-up ones and the walk-up ones are actually the same machine, just in different locations.
I know, not a fun answer, but there you have it.
